1、外觀(guān)
1. Appearance
線(xiàn)與布料相適應(yīng)，包含色澤、質(zhì)地、牢度、縮水率等方面。鈕扣的色澤應(yīng)與布料色澤相等。商品整齊、平伏，折疊規(guī)矩，左右對(duì)稱(chēng)，各部位熨燙平坦，無(wú)漏燙，無(wú)死褶，商品無(wú)線(xiàn)頭、無(wú)紗毛，各部位契合規(guī)范需求。

布料的種類(lèi)許多，為確保商品的外觀(guān)和結(jié)實(shí)，不一樣的布料應(yīng)選不一樣的針距。如硬質(zhì)布料的針距通常能夠稀一點(diǎn)，質(zhì)地松軟的布料通常針距能夠密一點(diǎn)。線(xiàn)路順直是指各縫制部位的線(xiàn)路禁絕隨意曲折，要契合服裝外型的需求;線(xiàn)路要規(guī)整，不堆疊，無(wú)跳針、拋線(xiàn)，針跡明晰美觀(guān)，縫制的起止回針要結(jié)實(shí)，搭頭線(xiàn)的長(zhǎng)度要適合，無(wú)漏針、脫線(xiàn)表象，縫線(xiàn)松緊要與布料厚薄、質(zhì)地相適應(yīng)。

色差規(guī)則是對(duì)質(zhì)料的需求，即對(duì)衣裳布料的需求。依據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)范對(duì)色差的規(guī)則，服裝的上衣領(lǐng)、袋布料、褲側(cè)縫是首要部位，色差高于四級(jí)，其他外表部位四級(jí)。五級(jí)代表褪色牢度，色差等于零，四級(jí)一級(jí)代表褪色相對(duì)遞加的程度，一級(jí)表明更嚴(yán)峻。
