濟南工作服在制作過程中，采用員工自檢、下道工序復(fù)檢、專門人員進(jìn)行中檢，再由專門終檢人員終檢的四道檢驗工藝，對每一塊衣片、每一處縫合處的尺寸、縫合牢度及縫合美觀程度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題將由吊掛線送回到原工位返工。成衣完成后，還將對成衣尺寸做終核對方可入庫，保證工作服一次合格率97%以上。下面將這些檢驗內(nèi)容列舉一下：
