1、外觀

線與布料相適應(yīng)，包含色澤、質(zhì)地、牢度、縮水率等方面。鈕扣的色澤應(yīng)與布料色澤相等。商品整齊、平伏，折疊規(guī)矩，左右對稱，各部位熨燙平坦，無漏燙，無死褶，商品無線頭、無紗毛，各部位契合規(guī)范需求。

布料的種類許多，為確保商品的外觀和結(jié)實，不一樣的布料應(yīng)選不一樣的針距。如硬質(zhì)布料的針距通常能夠稀一點，質(zhì)地松軟的布料通常針距能夠密一點。線路順直是指各縫制部位的線路禁絕隨意曲折，要契合服裝外型的需求;線路要規(guī)整，不堆疊，無跳針、拋線，針跡明晰美觀，縫制的起止回針要結(jié)實，搭頭線的長度要適合，無漏針、脫線表象，縫線松緊要與布料厚薄、質(zhì)地相適應(yīng)。

色差規(guī)則是對質(zhì)料的需求，即對衣裳布料的需求。依據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)范對色差的規(guī)則，服裝的上衣領(lǐng)、袋布料、褲側(cè)縫是首要部位，色差高于四級，其他外表部位四級。五級代表褪色牢度，色差等于零，四級一級代表褪色相對遞加的程度，一級表明更嚴峻。
